The Speciality Food Association owner of Fancy Food, the largest food and beverage expo in the world, has created a international special task force with the objective to strengthen and globalize their grand project they started 62 years ago.
It is a great satisfaction for Italy, represented by Universal Marketing as an exclusive agent for Italy of the Specialty Food Association and will have a significant role in this steering committee.
With approximately 50,000 visitors and 26,000 businesses exhibited, the 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York has been the strongest and most visited of all.
The Italian Pavilion made up of 330 businesses and 29,000 square feet was both the largest and most visited of all time.
The operators who come from all over the United States and all parts of the world have studied and savored with great interest the wide range of high quality Italian products in order to securely identify the best “Authentic Italian” products to include in their businesses and restaurants for the coming year- comments Chris Nemchek, Senior Vice President of the Specialty Food Association.
We have created the Fancy Food International Task Force- Continued Nemchek- to lead our fair in the third millennium in the best way possible.
Today we are truly the at the top for high quality products and high attendance for exhibitors and visitors.
This committee will have the extremely important task of comprehending trends that will allow our Fancy Food to maintain its Global leadership role.
A very important and prestigious task awaits us- declares Donato Cinelli, President of Universal Marketing and the sole agent for Italy for the Specialty Food Association- to be part of this important committee is flattering for us and gives us the opportunity to serve other nations with our experience and passion.
For nearly thirty years- continues Cinelli- we are partners with the Specialty Food Association whom we represent in Italy, we are their interface for the Italian Institutions and now thanks to their confidence we will begin a constant and systematic engagement with the various nations that participate in the Fancy Food International Task Force.
